I decided to create a clay head and face. I chose to experiment with a new medium. I wanted to do this so I could try something new and see how fun it was! I thought it turned out very well. I had some help from my little brother who has taken a sculpture class before, and I was able to learn a lot. Next time, to do differently, I’d love to try glazing and firing it.

Wk 8 — art activity — student choice pt 1
1. I plan to do a picture of my boyfriend, super colorful and happy
2. I want to do this because he was recently in the hospital for about a month and I wasn’t Able to visit him because of covid, so this picture is basically about the happiness since he’s been home and that he’s alive.
3. I plan to do this in paint, but only if I can get it in time and if not then I’ll use markers
4. My concern is my own skill, I’m not a very experienced artist so I’m worried I’ll end up with something I don’t like.
